This role requires a strong blend of technical acumen, operational precision, and process improvement mindset. The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about enabling Sales team success through the seamless use of systems and tools.

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or Salesforce program management

  • Deep expertise in Salesforce configuration, automation, and data integrity

  • Own and manage books of business, including assignments, reassignments, ownership policies, and transition workflows

  • Design and maintain reporting infrastructure and dashboards to enable insight-driven decision-making and proactive sales management

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Care, and Analytics teams to ensure that Salesforce processes support business goals and team workflows

  • Lead projects tied to customer book moves, AE transitions, and organizational shifts, ensuring data integrity and communication throughout

  • Regularly assess team feedback, system performance, and adoption metrics to identify friction and develop process improvements

  • Maintain clean, organized documentation on processes, permissions, and reporting architecture

  • Provide support for training and support to ensure Salesforce features and changes are well understood and adopted by the Sales team

  • Serve as a technical liaison with RevOps, Analytics, and IT to ensure Salesforce integrations and enhancements are properly scoped and executed

How you'll be measured:

  • Salesforce system uptime, usability, and team adoption

  • Accuracy and smooth execution of customer book transitions

  • Value and clarity of dashboards and reports used by Sales leadership and AEs

  • AE satisfaction with Salesforce tools and workflows

  • Operational efficiency gains enabled by system/process improvements

  • Reduction in manual work, flags, or misassignments due to book setup

  • Consistency and accuracy of business-critical KPIs tied to revenue performance

How you'll make a difference:

As our Salesforce Revenue Program Manager, you'll play a mission-critical role in empowering our Sales organization with the tools, data, and structure they need to thrive. You'll ensure every account is in the right hands, every process is seamless, and every insight is actionable. By owning and optimizing our Salesforce platform, you'll enable smarter selling, higher productivity, and a better customer experience, while driving revenue outcomes that matter.

Compensation:

We are committed to providing pay transparency and equitable compensation.
