We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) to join our dynamic team at Regenerate Wellness Clinic, LLC. This full-time position offers the flexibility of a remote work environment while also collaborating closely with our outpatient office setting in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania. The therapist will engage in providing diverse mental health services, ensuring the holistic well-being of clients through therapy, assessment, and active treatment strategies.

The work setting is primarily remote, allowing for a balanced work-life integration while accessing resources and support from our outpatient office. • Regularly communicate with healthcare providers to report on patient progress, identifying needs, concerns, and any potential challenges in order to facilitate comprehensive care.

• Consult and coordinate with the client's family and support systems to develop and implement robust treatment and discharge plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, adherent to the guidelines set forth by the department.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to craft individualized treatment plans, utilizing psychosocial assessments and accepted therapeutic interventions.

• Assist clients throughout the discharge planning process, ensuring coordination of care with various service providers within the region to facilitate access to needed support systems.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. You will have the opportunity to utilize a range of therapeutic modalities and advocate for clients’ comprehensive treatment needs, from initial assessments to ongoing therapeutic interventions.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Active licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC within the state of Pennsylvania is mandatory.

• A minimum of three years of experience is required in an outpatient setting, ideally within a recovery-oriented framework.

• Proficient in the use of digital tools, including word processing software, email systems, spreadsheets, and electronic medical records (EMR).

• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently while thriving in a collaborative environment.

• Experience using evidence-based therapeutic models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Motivational Interviewing.

• A background in substance abuse counseling or treatment is highly desirable.
