As an IT business analyst, you'll develop leading-edge systems and digital workflows. Partnering with your team of architects, developers, testers, business analysts, and data specialists, you'll identify business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories. You'll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you'll lead your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Together, you'll deliver high-business-value products to users across the enterprise.

You Have:
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data workflow sustainment, or business process automation
  • Experience maintaining and troubleshooting Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate workflows
  • Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Excel or Power Query data processes
  • Experience developing automated dashboards, reports, and performance metrics
  • Knowledge of SharePoint Online site structures and content management, data integrity, validation, and audit practices for structured operational datasets
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical workflows
  • Ability to document processes, configuration standards, and user guidance and collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to resolve system issues
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED
  • Ability to obtain DoD 8140 or 8570 IAT-II Certification such as Security+ Certification within 6 months

  • Experience supporting operational or regulated technical environments

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
