Position Summary
A leading healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Programmer / Systems Analyst to join its Information Technology team. This role will support critical enterprise applications, develop custom software solutions, maintain legacy systems, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong, full-stack development experience and a passion for building scalable, high-performing applications.
Responsibilities
Schedule / Shift
  • Monday - Friday, Standard business hours (EST), Full-time
  • Fully Remote

Key Duties
  • Collaborate with business users, developers, and IT teams to gather requirements and develop application specifications.
  • Design, develop, test, and implement custom software applications, interfaces, APIs, and database solutions.
  • Build and maintain front-end and back-end application components while ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications, including legacy systems and integrations.
  • Create technical documentation and participate in system deployments, upgrades, security reviews, and ongoing application support.

Requirements
