Position Summary

The Systems Engineer II supports the health data standard team by designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining application systems and technology solutions. This role is responsible for installing and supporting software applications and operating systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and contributing to system improvements that support organizational and clinical operations.

The Systems Engineer II works collaboratively with technical and project teams to ensure systems are reliable, effective, and aligned with operational needs.

This position is a hybrid position with at least (1) day of onsite activity based on business needs, this role may be considered remote based on location.ย POSITION ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. ย Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties.

System Design & Support

  • Design, develop, modify, test, and maintain application systems and related technologies.
  • Install, configure, and support software applications and operating systems.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot application and system issues.

  • Support system upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance efforts.
