• Conduct comprehensive individual, group, and family therapy sessions, equipped to handle a spectrum of mental health issues such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma exposure, substance use disorders, and relationship challenges.
• Utilize thorough diagnostic assessments to develop and implement effective treatment plans that are specifically aligned with the goals and needs of each client, ensuring a personalized counseling experience.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and educators, to deliver comprehensive care and to integrate services that enhance client outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential electronic health records with attention to detail, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards in documentation.
• Engage in clinical supervision and continuing education activities to stay abreast of best practices, evolving methodologies, and maintain licensure.
• Provide crisis intervention and perform risk assessments effectively when encountering urgent client needs, ensuring safety and stability.

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required for this position.

• Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic modalities (such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, etc.) are preferred.
• Experience working with specific populations, such as children or those with substance abuse issues, is an asset.
• Prior experience in a remote counseling environment or telehealth services will be advantageous.

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, our benefits package includes:
