Job title: Territory Sales Manager
Mission: The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for taking ownership of a designated geographic territory, building and driving a robust sales funnel, and capturing market share.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the data center, mission-critical, industrial cooling, and power generation markets.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions to secure profitable business opportunities.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from opportunity identification through project award and implementation within the perspective territory.
  • Primary point of contact for assigned customers and strategic accounts.
  • Develop customer-specific growth plans and identify opportunities for account expansion.
  • Present technical and commercial solutions to customers, consultants, and executive stakeholders while providing market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback to support business growth and strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with engineering, application engineering, proposal, and operations teams to develop customer solutions.
  • Need a good understanding and solid understanding of systems solutions for cooling in the DC and power markets

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related discipline preferred.
  • 5-7 years of successful sales or business development experience within the Data Center, Power Generation, mission-critical infrastructure, HVAC, thermal management, or industrial equipment industries.
  • Proven experience developing new business and securing large project opportunities.
  • Experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Strong understanding of thermodynamics, heat transfer, cooling technologies, or related engineering principles.
  • Experience working with data centers, mission-critical infrastructure, power generation, or industrial cooling applications.
  • Established network within the hyperscale, colocation, engineering consulting, mission-critical, or power generation markets, with a strong understanding of the industry's decision-making process, key business drivers, and the ability to negotiate complex commercial opportunities.
  • Existing network within the hyperscale, colocation, engineering consulting, or mission-critical industries.
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar projects and strategic accounts.
  • Familiarity with data center cooling technologies and emerging market trends.
