• Engage with clients both in virtual settings and within the community, conducting assessments and providing therapy for individuals with severe emotional disorders.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to achieve goals aimed at enhancing client care and organizational efficiency.
• Develop and implement collaborative care plans, ensuring clients have access to necessary resources and healthcare services.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to conduct initial screenings and follow-up assessments as needed, providing a pathway for detailed care when indicated.
• Assist with crisis intervention and support the timely management of client caseloads, ensuring a thorough approach to treatment processes.
• Maintain compliance with all organizational and ethical guidelines, committing to high standards of professional conduct and client confidentiality.
• Document interactions, ensuring that reports and data submissions are timely and accurate to facilitate optimal service delivery.
• Remain available for on-call crises and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance skills and increase effectiveness.

You will focus on working with individuals facing major mental health challenges, many of whom are transitioning through detoxification. This population can include those with substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and other severe emotional disorders. Your role will be crucial in offering not just therapeutic interventions but also as a supportive figure during their journey towards recovery. • A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field is mandatory.
• Must hold a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation.
• At least two years of relevant experience in mental health settings, particularly in community or detox environments.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within teams while showcasing strong interpersonal skills.
• Capable of identifying risks to clients and implementing safety measures while maintaining ethical standards.

• Experience with integrated care approaches, enabling a collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams for comprehensive patient solutions.
• Familiarity with therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a plus.
• Previous work in remote settings is advantageous, showing adaptability to virtual engagement dynamics.

Patient Support Psychotherapy offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
