Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized, recovery-focused treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and client needs.
• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of treatment approaches and adjust strategies to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Assist clients in creating and maintaining individualized service plans that outline specific goals, objectives, and pathways to achieve community stability.
• Engage clients in skill-building activities, helping them cultivate coping mechanisms, problem-solving techniques, and effective communication skills.
• Educate clients about available community resources and advocate for their access to these essential services.
• Foster a safe and therapeutic environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences and challenges.
• Monitor symptoms and manage behavioral health crises effectively to ensure client safety and well-being.
• Maintain meticulous records in compliance with HIPAA regulations while ensuring client confidentiality at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on supporting adults aged 18 and older who are experiencing mental health difficulties that hinder their ability to maintain stable lives within the community. Your work will directly impact their ability to develop independence, navigate daily living challenges, and achieve personal goals. Your empathy and ability to connect with clients will be essential in nurturing their growth towards recovery.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Ability to practice independently without supervision and demonstrate no history of disciplinary actions on your license.
• Exceptional communication skills combined with a compassionate approach towards client care.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms, along with a reliable internet connection for seamless client interactions.

Preferred Experience

• Experience delivering direct clinical services to adults, particularly in outpatient settings.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement skill-building programs tailored to individual client needs.
• Familiarity with community resources and support networks relevant to mental health care and recovery.
• Strong organizational skills, adept in managing multiple clients' cases with minimal paperwork.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers an attractive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
