Job description

About Chainlink
Chainlink is the industry-standard oracle platform bringing the capital markets onchain and powering the majority of decentralized finance (DeFi). The Chainlink stack provides the essential data, interoperability, compliance, and privacy standards needed to power advanced blockchain use cases for institutional tokenized assets, lending, payments, stablecoins, and more. Since inventing decentralized oracle networks, Chainlink has enabled tens of trillions in transaction value and now secures the vast majority of DeFi.
Many of the world's largest financial services institutions have also adopted Chainlink's standards and infrastructure, including Swift, Euroclear, Mastercard, Fidelity International, UBS, S&P Dow Jones Indices, FTSE Russell, WisdomTree, ANZ, and top protocols such as Aave, Lido, GMX and many others. Chainlink leverages a novel fee model where offchain and onchain revenue from enterprise adoption is converted to LINK tokens and stored in a strategic Chainlink Reserve. Learn more at chain.link.
About the Role
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Payments & Treasury at Chainlink Labs, you will be the narrative authority for digital cash orchestration. You'll own the commercial story of how global banks and corporate treasuries transition from legacy fiat rails to a future-state settlement involving stablecoins and tokenized deposits. This role is not about marketing a single product; it is about owning the end-to-end settlement workflow and the market truth for this segment.
You will sit at the intersection of institutional finance and decentralized infrastructure, helping major financial actors understand how Chainlink's platform solves complex payment legs and liquidity management. You will work closely with product, GTM, and content teams to translate technical capabilities into "buyer truth," ensuring that our messaging resonates with the world's largest financial institutions and payment networks.
Your Impact
  • Own the Segment Narrative: Develop the definitive commercial story for digital cash orchestration, translating complex settlement mechanics into clear, business-focused value propositions.
  • Workflow-First Positioning: Map the value chain for bank and treasury payment workflows, identifying exactly how Chainlink solves for cross-border settlement, liquidity, and atomic delivery-versus-payment (DvP).
  • Market Intelligence: Act as the "eyes and ears" of the market, synthesizing signals from treasury and liquidity buyers to influence the product roadmap and keep Chainlink ahead of emerging trends in tokenized cash.
  • Strategic Execution: Lead the GTM strategy for new solutions in the payments portfolio, ensuring every launch is strategically sound, flawlessly delivered, and measured against adoption and pipeline influence.
  • Drive Sales Enablement: Build canonical sales plays, proposal libraries, and "battle cards" that empower GTM teams to win Tier 1 customer deals without requiring reactive, custom work.
Requirements
  • At least 6+ years of experience in product marketing, specifically within institutional payments, settlement, or corporate treasury workflows
  • Strong messaging and positioning skills, with a proven ability to craft compelling narratives for institutional decision-makers
  • Deep fluency in settlement rails, including an understanding of fiat rails, stablecoins, and tokenized deposits
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across product, engineering, and sales teams to turn technical roadmaps into "buyer truth."
  • Experience owning the GTM strategy and execution for multiple successful product or feature launches in the B2B SaaS or enterprise infrastructure space
Preferred Requirements
  • Prior experience at a global bank, major payments network, or institutional treasury platform
  • Familiarity with the blockchain ecosystem, particularly regarding players in the payments sector
  • Experience in a globally distributed, remote-first organization
