This role is designed for professionals seeking a flexible remote work environment. As part of the Helping Homes team, you will be engaging with clients and colleagues through virtual platforms while contributing to a supportive and collaborative atmosphere. While the core working hours will typically align with traditional business hours, occasional evening and weekend hours may be required to accommodate special events and outreach programs.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs to develop tailored service plans.
• Provide individual and group counseling utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Informed Care.
• Advocate for clients to ensure they have access to necessary resources, addressing rights and social justice issues throughout their care journey.
• Collaborate with community organizations and government agencies to enhance service delivery and program development initiatives.
• Contribute to the evaluation and reporting of programs, helping to secure funding through grant writing and reporting to stakeholders.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss case management and best practices, as well as lead community outreach activities.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all client interactions in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

In this role, you will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals and families facing mental health challenges, trauma, grief, and socio-economic barriers. The patient population comprises primarily marginalized groups who require informed and culturally competent support. Your work will directly contribute to improved client outcomes by fostering resilience, emotional well-being, and self-advocacy among those you serve.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Demonstrated knowledge of trauma-informed care practices and social justice advocacy.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to empathize and connect with clients in meaningful ways.
• Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Previous experience working in a nonprofit organization or similar social service setting.
• Proficiency in providing community education and outreach.
• Background in grant writing and program development is advantageous.

The compensation for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we are pleased to offer a generous sign-on bonus.
