Are you a sharp, detailed-oriented commercial real estate paralegal who thrives on high-stakes, complex transactions? Our client is expanding their national footprint and looking for top-tier National Commercial Paralegal Talent to join their industry-leading CRE team in key major markets (NYC, Chicago, Miami, and D.C.).

If you excel at comprehensive title review, commercial underwriting support, contract analysis, and orchestrating complex multi-state closings, this is your opportunity to elevate your career with a market-leading team.

Key Responsibilities & Primary Functions

  • In-Depth Title Review & Examination: Perform rigorous title review, examining commitments, title search packages, underlying title documents, encumbrances, restrictions, and legal descriptions to identify and resolve title defects.
  • Commercial Title & Escrow Management: Assist in reviewing surveys (ALTA/NSPS), entity organization documents, municipal lien searches, and closing disclosures for complex multi-property and commercial real estate deals.
  • Transaction Coordination: Coordinate closing mechanics, draft escrow instructions, handle recording processes, and clear title exceptions directly with commercial underwriting counsel.
  • Client & Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with lenders, developers, commercial brokers, attorneys, and underwriters to ensure seamless, on-time closings.
  • Multi-State Due Diligence: Perform entity verifications, UCC filings, judgment searches, and compliance checks across local, state, and national jurisdictions.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 3+ years of commercial real estate or commercial title/escrow paralegal experience (Law firm, Title Agency, or National Underwriter background preferred).
  • Core Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience in title review, title policy endorsements, survey analysis, and drafting closing documentation.
  • Skill Set: Exceptional project management, strong analytical organization, and high attention to detail in fast-paced transaction environments.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in industry-standard title and closing software (e.g., SoftPro, RamQuest, Resware, or Qualia).

What's in It for You?

  • Competitive Compensation: Top-of-market salary + discretionary performance bonus.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Premium Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) matching.
  • Career Advancement: Direct exposure to high-profile national commercial deals with clear paths for professional growth.
