The Customer Service Analyst will learn the end-to-end order-to-invoice process while supporting customer order management, issue resolution, delivery execution, pricing accuracy, and invoicing. In addition to building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, this role will help identify order trends, service risks, process gaps, and opportunities to improve efficiency through data, reporting, automation, and responsible use of AI-enabled tools.
