• Provide individualized and couples therapy tailored to the needs of clients across various ages and backgrounds.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of therapeutic sessions, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and providing timely records for review.
• Manage client scheduling and ensure that your calendar reflects ongoing appointments, allowing for maximum efficiency in therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with other therapists regularly to enhance therapeutic approaches and practices within our clinic.
• Utilize our billing service to handle all claims processing, eligibility checks, and payment plan arrangements for clients, streamlining administrative tasks.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at our clinic, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and couples. Our practitioners deal with a wide range of clinical presentations, from anxiety and depression to relationship issues, ensuring you will encounter a rich variety of cases that will enhance your clinical skills and experience.

• A master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon, enabling independent practice.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, effective therapeutic boundaries, cultural competency, and strong organizational abilities.
• A minimum commitment of 20-25 hours per week, with availability for at least two evenings each week.

• Experience working with couples in a therapeutic setting, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex relational dynamics effectively.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with therapeutic modalities.

The compensation for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, in addition to a competitive hourly rate for services rendered. Therapists will also be eligible for a sign-on bonus and fully covered overhead costs, including office supplies, malpractice insurance, and a comprehensive EMR system.
