Responsible for the management of supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk, modified Commercial Off The Shelf, performance specification and complex build-to-print subcontracts for commercial, DOD and international programs. Leads multifunctional subcontract management teams. Holds procurement delegation and signs supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority.Leads the development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontract systems in support of development, production and global sustainment primes with multiple contract types.Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders' conferences, develops evaluation criteria, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions including price, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes subcontract packages, prepares awards and administers resulting subcontracts and required change activity

This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth. Basic Qualifications A Bachelor's Degree required to apply Experience with supply chain management or buying or procurement or related field Advanced in Microsoft Office, to include Excel, Word, and Powerpoint Experience with Systems, Applications and Processes (SAP) Desired Skills Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) Experience supporting production, sustainment and sustainment development procurement Demonstrated experience in providing high levels of customer service, support and satisfaction. Experience working both independently and within a team environment Demonstrated ability to perform with a high level of excellence while under pressure and in a fast-paced team environment Experience working with and effectively communicating (verbal/written) with senior leaders to include program, company and subcontractors.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
