Job Summary
Mind Over Matters Therapeutic & Wellness Services, LLC is seeking a part-time Clinical Supervisor (LICSW) to provide weekly licensure supervision for one MSW Intern/Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) team member. This position currently covers supervisees in Massachusetts, New York and Rhode Island. Role averages 5–6 hours/month with flexible scheduling and remote or hybrid options.
Responsibilities

  • Provide weekly supervision for the MSW Intern/BSW per state and school requirements.
  • Review and co-sign documentation as required.
  • Offer case consultation, treatment planning guidance, and professional development support.
Qualifications

  • Active LICSW in MA/RI/NY in good standing.
  • 4+ years post-licensure clinical experience.
  • Experience supervising toward licensure and mentoring BSW-level staff.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
