This is a full-time, remote position, supporting a telehealth work setting that allows you to connect with clients via virtual platforms. Each week, you will engage with clients through secure telehealth modalities, enabling you to provide therapy to diverse populations from the comfort of your home office. • Deliver high-quality individual, family, and couple counseling sessions tailored to the needs of clients via telehealth platforms.
• Employ integrative and evidence-based therapeutic methods to comprehensively address emotional and mental health challenges.
• Conduct thorough assessments, formulate diagnoses, and develop personalized treatment plans that align with client needs and goals.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of client information in compliance with professional standards and organizational policies.
• Engage in ongoing case consultations, supervision, and professional development to enhance clinical skills and competency.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and cohesive care for clients.

As a Mental Health Counselor at Forward Wellness, you will primarily serve a diverse range of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and other mental health issues. Our telehealth services enable you to cater to clients from various backgrounds and demographics, allowing for a richer understanding of different cultural experiences and therapeutic needs. Your role will involve adapting therapy techniques to effectively support clients in overcoming their challenges and achieving personal growth.

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related mental health field is mandatory.
• Possession of a current and valid Pennsylvania state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.
• Strong understanding of holistic and integrative health principles, including trauma-informed care and culturally responsive practices.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with a variety of clients.
• Ability to function autonomously while contributing collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

While a minimum of two years of clinical experience is preferred, we welcome candidates who can demonstrate robust training and supervised experience in mental health counseling, particularly in remote or telehealth settings. Familiarity with teletherapy tools and platforms will be advantageous, as will expertise in specific therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based approaches.

Forward Wellness offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Your compensation package includes:
