• You will hear and resolve group grievances and serious employee complaints.
• You will inspect work in progress and upon completion to ensure it meets all technical, nuclear, and quality assurance specifications.

• You will be required to wear personal protective equipment such as helmets, gloves, coveralls, glasses, goggles, respirators and safety shoes continuously for the duration of the work shift.
• This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
• You may be required to successfully complete a pre-appointment physical examination.
• Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.

• Planning on a quarterly or longer basis the overall use of subordinate trade crews and resources.
• Determining long-range resource requirements, materials, and the number and types of skilled workers necessary to accomplish project.
• Analyzing and approving work plans developed by subordinate trade supervisors.
• Monitoring the status of subordinate work in relation to the overall project schedule and adjusting for emergent requirements.
• Assuring that subordinate supervisors effectively carry out technical and safety policies to achieve management objectives.
