The Addiction Health Center is seeking a dedicated Full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our compassionate team in Macon, Georgia. Work Environment

This is a full-time remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while providing vital support to our clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between clients, their families, and outpatient providers to ensure a comprehensive approach to care.
  • Engage with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management, ensuring all necessary authorizations are handled efficiently.
  • Participate actively in discharge and aftercare planning, providing clients with resources and support to facilitate smooth transitions.
  • Offer therapeutic meal support, modeling healthy relationships with food to promote overall well-being.
  • Deliver empathetic, safe, and affirming care tailored to each client’s intersecting identities and unique experiences.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
