The Addiction Health Center is seeking a dedicated Full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our compassionate team in Macon, Georgia. This is a full-time remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while providing vital support to our clients. Our operating hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a structured schedule that promotes work-life balance. You'll collaborate closely with colleagues through virtual platforms, fostering a strong team dynamic.

• Act as a liaison between clients, their families, and outpatient providers to ensure a comprehensive approach to care.
• Engage with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management, ensuring all necessary authorizations are handled efficiently.
• Participate actively in discharge and aftercare planning, providing clients with resources and support to facilitate smooth transitions.
• Offer therapeutic meal support, modeling healthy relationships with food to promote overall well-being.
• Deliver empathetic, safe, and affirming care tailored to each client’s intersecting identities and unique experiences.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a valid LCSW license in the state of Georgia.
• Demonstrated experience working with older adults and understanding their mental health needs.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with an ability to develop effective therapeutic interventions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build rapport with clients and their families.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing actively to team efforts.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a social work role, specifically within mental health, substance use, or hospice care settings.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient care and progress accurately.
• Experience with therapeutic meal support or nutritional counseling is a plus.

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
