Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth assessments to identify clients’ emotional and psychological needs accurately, formulating effective and personalized treatment plans based on clinical best practices.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic strategies to provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients grappling with serious mental health conditions, ensuring a focus on empowerment and choice.
• Collaborate actively with multidisciplinary teams, contributing to care discussions and ensuring a holistic approach to client treatment.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions, assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to all regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk management services as needed, effectively navigating urgent situations to ensure client safety and well-being.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay abreast of industry trends and methodologies relevant to social work practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Summer Spring Psychotherapy Center, you will work primarily with a diverse client population that includes adults, seniors, and families confronting serious mental illnesses and severe emotional disturbances. The client demographic reflects a wide range of cultural backgrounds, requiring a genuine understanding and respect for different traditions and values. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted LCSW license to practice.

Compensation and Benefits
