TITLE Bridge Program Teaching Assistant (Math)
DEPARTMENT Undergraduate Academic Affairs (UGAA)
REPORTS TO Rob Major (majorr@babson.edu)
PAY RATE $15
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a hardworking individual who is interested in working as a Teaching Assistant for the Summer Bridge Program. The Bridge program is a combination of virtual learning (either Math or Writing) and on-campus pre-orientation activities designed to acclimate new Babson students to the college experience. Students must be available to work July 27th through August 21st. The ideal candidate has been through the program, enjoys working with new students, and is motivated by the challenge of working with new college students. The Bridge Program Teaching Assistant will be assisting the Professor with tasks that are delegated.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Coordinate and attend meetings with the professor and students.
Providing support for students
Collection and analysis of program information.
Assume additional responsibilities as required.

WHAT EDUCATION AND SKILLS YOU WILL NEED
Public Speaking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
