Arches Healing & Wellness, Ltd is seeking a skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dedicated team. In this full-time, remote role, you will play a critical part in delivering compassionate mental health care to clients in need of detoxification services. Working remotely, our LCSW will engage with clients and colleagues through telehealth platforms and virtual meetings. This setup allows you the flexibility to perform your duties while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Our remote setting is supported by a variety of digital tools that facilitate communication, case management, and collaboration. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team that includes medical professionals, case managers, and peer support specialists to ensure comprehensive care.

• Collaborate with team members to assess clients' needs, creating individualized treatment plans that align with their unique circumstances and treatment goals.
• Guide clients and their families through the mental health system, providing education on available resources and coping strategies.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to conduct clinical assessments, diagnose mental health disorders, and monitor progress throughout treatment.
• Document client interactions and progress in a timely manner using our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in regular training and professional development to enhance skills and stay informed on the latest therapeutic practices.
• Facilitate virtual group therapy sessions to foster connection and support among clients in a recovery-oriented community.

This position focuses primarily on individuals undergoing detoxification from substances, including but not limited to alcohol and opioids. You will work with a diverse clientele, which may include adults from various backgrounds facing the complex interplay of substance abuse and mental health issues. Empathy, understanding, and cultural competency in dealing with these vulnerable populations are paramount in this role.

• M.U.S.W. degree with a valid LCSW license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, particularly in mental health or substance use treatment.
• Proven skills in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and the provision of individual and group therapy.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with an emphasis on interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and collaborate with team members.
• Proficiency in electronic health records and telehealth technologies.

• Experience working with senior populations or individuals with co-occurring disorders.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles and motivational interviewing techniques.
• Previous involvement in community outreach or education programs.
