What is a remote subrogation job?

This role blends relationship leadership, consultative selling, and operational oversight to ensure clients achieve meaningful results through our claims management solutions. This role requires deep industry expertise, strong executive presence, and the ability to navigate complex operational environments within insurance and claims organizations.
This role will serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, drive strategic account growth, and ensure customers realize the full value of Solvd’s solutions. This role is ideal for someone who excels in high‑stakes environments, thrives on solving complex problems, and consistently delivers measurable business outcomes.
What you’ll do:
Strategic Account Leadership

  • Serve as a senior, primary point of contact for enterprise clients across industry segments.
  • Develop deep understanding of each customer’s claims operations, challenges, and strategic priorities.
  • Build and maintain strong executive and operational relationships to drive long-term retention and expansion.

Growth & Revenue Ownership

  • Identify opportunities to expand adoption of Solvd’s solutions.
  • Lead renewal cycles, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure alignment with customer goals and Solvd’s value proposition.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to forecast account growth and pipeline opportunities.

Customer Success & Operational Excellence

  • Ensure successful onboarding, implementation, and ongoing performance of Solvd solutions.
  • Monitor KPIs such as cycle time reduction, cost savings, accuracy improvements, and workflow efficiency.
  • Proactively address issues, remove barriers, and advocate for customer needs internally.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product, Operations, Data, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality outcomes and continuous improvement.
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable insights that influence product roadmap and service enhancements.
  • Support marketing and thought leadership initiatives by sharing customer success stories and industry insights.

Executive-Level Engagement

  • Lead strategic business reviews, performance deep dives, and roadmap discussions with senior stakeholders.
  • Represent Solvd at industry events and customer summits.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on claims transformation, automation, and operational efficiency

What we're looking for:

  • 7+ years of experience in account manager, customer success, or strategic partnerships.
  • Strong background in fleet management, insurance, claims management, auto/property, subrogation, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated success driving revenue growth, renewals, and customer satisfaction.
  • Experience with AI‑enabled or SaaS workflow solutions.
  • Familiarity with claims automation, estimating platforms, repair networks, or subrogation processes.
  • Background working in high‑growth or startup environments.
  • Proven ability to manage complex accounts with multiple stakeholders and high expectations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive‑level presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, interpret performance metrics, and translate insights into action.

What we offer:

  • A base salary of between $100,000 - $130,000/annually, based on experience.
  • Participation in Solvd’s sales commission plan.
  • Comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, and more.
  • 401(k) plan options
  • Paid time off, sick time, and paid holidays.
  • A fully remote work environment with flexibility and autonomy.
  • The opportunity to grow with a dynamic, innovative team in a startup-like culture.
