In this role, you will perform various essential functions, including but not limited to:

• Maintaining accurate clinical records while ensuring patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA rules and organizational policies.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team to refine care plans and share insights during regular case consultations and peer reviews.
• Educating students and their families about mental health conditions, interventions available, and community resources to facilitate greater understanding and access to support.
• Staying informed about the latest research and developments in mental health to apply contemporary practices in therapeutic settings.

Your work will primarily focus on school-aged children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. You will play a crucial part in creating a supportive environment that fosters resilience and promotes academic success. By helping students navigate their emotional landscapes, you contribute significantly to their overall well-being and development.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, affirming your foundation in social work practices.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Illinois, demonstrating your proficiency and commitment to ethical standards.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, particularly with children or adolescents.
