This position is designed for remote work, allowing you to utilize a climate-controlled office setting at home. As a licensed therapist, you will interact regularly with a range of healthcare professionals and collaborate with colleagues in a dynamic environment that emphasizes teamwork and effective communication. You'll be equipped with technology to conduct virtual sessions, maintain records, and collaborate seamlessly with other clinicians.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients' mental health status using recognized tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), ensuring comprehensive understanding of individual needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect cultural diversity and the specific requirements of the patient population, while continually assessing progress and adapting strategies as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and timely treatment records in accordance with regulatory requirements, utilizing current technology to enhance the patient care process.
• Collaborate with patients and their families to construct effective treatment objectives, addressing their needs and safety concerns while fostering an open environment for discussion.
• Coordinate referral options and establish strategic partnerships with other healthcare providers, serving as a pivotal link in the continuum of care.
• Provide education and mentoring to students, interns, and other healthcare team members, contributing to the professional growth of the next generation of mental health professionals.
• Engage in peer collaboration and provide supervision under direction from clinical supervisors, participating in team development initiatives, including chart audits and coaching sessions.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work is required.
• Possession of a current State License as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
