• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clinical assessments and prioritize the therapeutic needs of each student.
• Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to contribute insights and collaborate on comprehensive treatment strategies that enhance student success.
• Monitor the progress of clients through regular follow-ups, ensuring they achieve therapy goals and receive the support they need throughout their treatment journey.
• Work closely with school staff, parents, and external resources to devise strategies that address student behavioral issues and provide guidance for positive change.
• Utilize evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in clinical practice to maximize the effectiveness of individual care.

This position primarily serves students in a school setting, addressing a range of emotional and behavioral challenges that may impact their academic performance and personal development. You will engage with children and adolescents from diverse backgrounds, varying socio-economic conditions, and unique personal experiences. • A valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) credential is mandatory.
• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively counsel and advise students, parents, and educators.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills to develop and adjust treatment plans based on the ongoing assessments of client needs.
• Proficient coaching abilities to inspire and support patients in making positive lifestyle changes that promote mental well-being.

• At least 2-3 years of experience in a clinical setting, ideally within a school environment or working with student populations.
• Experience using virtual therapy platforms and telehealth technologies to deliver mental health services remotely.
• Familiarity with school policies and procedures regarding mental health interventions and student support services.
