• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of students.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care, tailored to promote positive emotional and psychological outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of all interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes as per legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to create a supportive network for students, including participation in meetings and strategy sessions focused on students' well-being.
• Stay abreast of current research, methodologies, and compliance requirements, integrating new knowledge into practice to enhance care delivery.

This position primarily serves a diverse student population ranging from elementary to high school age, dealing with various issues such as social anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges. The role involves providing crisis intervention when necessary and engaging in proactive strategies to foster resilience and coping skills among students. You will be instrumental in facilitating a safe space for students to express their thoughts and feelings, contributing to their overall development and integration into the school environment.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active and unrestricted LCSW license in the state of Colorado.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with students, families, and school staff.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment, contributing to shared goals for student success.
• A strong foundation in mental health assessments and therapeutic modalities.

• Previous experience working in school settings or with adolescent populations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care and interventions relevant to youth mental health.
• Competence in utilizing digital tools and telehealth platforms for client engagement when necessary.
