• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients, utilizing evidence-based and solution-focused strategies.
• Implement therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique mental health needs of each student, including individual psychotherapy and family counseling.
• Document and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of educators, administrators, and mental health professionals to deliver integrated care.
• Engage in regular case consultations, peer review meetings, and training sessions to continuously enhance your professional skills and the quality of care provided.

In this role, you will primarily serve children and adolescents in a school setting, addressing a spectrum of mental health issues ranging from anxiety and depression to behavioral challenges. • A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
• A current and valid LCSW license issued by the state of Kansas.
• A minimum of three years of post-graduate clinical experience, specifically in psychotherapy with diverse populations.
