• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), in accordance with each student's unique treatment goals.
• Maintaining meticulous clinical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.
• Collaborating with educators and other specialists to develop integrated care plans that support students’ academic and emotional success.
• Participating in case conferences and peer review meetings to share insights and enhance therapeutic strategies.
• Providing educational workshops and resources for families to navigate mental health issues and access community support services.
• Keeping abreast of the latest developments in social work practices to continuously improve the service quality provided to clients.

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents, encompassing a diverse array of mental health concerns, from anxiety and depression to behavioral challenges. To excel in this position, candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.
