This position is fully remote, allowing you to provide essential mental health services from a location that suits you best, while still being part of a dynamic team. You will primarily work with a school-based facility, engaging with students, educators, and parents to foster a nurturing environment that promotes mental wellness. • Provide individual, group, and family therapy to students experiencing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues.
• Conduct thorough assessments, utilizing evidence-based practices to screen for mental illness and emotional disturbances.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans that ensure clients access necessary services, making referrals as appropriate.
• Engage effectively with teachers, counselors, and parents to facilitate the education process and support student mental health needs.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on care strategies, ensuring the integration of mental health support within the educational framework.
• Provide crisis intervention and support, being available for on-call coverage when necessary to address emergent situations.
• Monitor and document client progress and treatment plans, ensuring timely completion of all documentation and compliance with organizational policies and ethical standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery and improving the overall effectiveness of mental health interventions.

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents from diverse backgrounds, many of whom may face socio-economic challenges, familial disruptions, and academic pressures. Understanding the unique cultural and emotional needs of this population is essential to delivering effective support and fostering resilience among students in a school environment.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid LCSW license in the state of Nevada.
• Strong understanding of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment modalities relevant to children and adolescents.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in engaging with clients, families, and educational stakeholders.
• Demonstrated expertise in crisis assessment and intervention strategies.
• Competency in addressing varied developmental needs, cultural backgrounds, and social dynamics.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, particularly in a school or community mental health setting, is preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital documentation systems.
• Experience working with interdisciplinary teams in educational or healthcare environments.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
