• Provide individual, couples, and family psychotherapy, designing treatment plans that address the specific needs of each client.
• Supervise and mentor practicum students pursuing clinical licensure, delivering weekly sessions to discuss case management and therapeutic techniques.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, ensuring integrated care approaches and effective communication regarding client treatment.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.
• Incorporate current research and best practices into therapy sessions, continually advancing your clinical knowledge and therapeutic skills.
• Participate in team meetings, contributing to dialogue on improving service delivery and addressing community mental health needs.

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.
• A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW).
• Professional liability insurance to ensure the highest standards of practice.
• Two years of relevant work experience in mental health counseling or a similar capacity.

• Experience supervising and mentoring practicum students or interns in a clinical setting is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices in therapy, especially related to individual and family counseling.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling methodologies.
