Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Legal Compliance Intern to support our compliance and contracts efforts. This role is ideal for a student interested in government contracting, regulatory compliance, and legal analysis. The intern will play a key role in helping our team understand contract requirements, track regulatory changes, and ensure ongoing compliance with applicable standards.
This position is a remote, 10-hour per week role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review contracts and documentation to identify and compile key requirements and obligations
- Analyze and document the business and operational impact of contract requirements
- Develop and maintain a structured list of applicable governing bodies, regulations, and certifications (e.g., FAR, DFARS, CMMC, NIST, etc.)
- Monitor regulatory updates and ensure internal documentation reflects current compliance requirements
- Track changes and revisions to contracts, policies, and compliance frameworks
- Assist in maintaining compliance processes and documentation for audits or assessments
- Prepare and deliver clear, concise updates to leadership on changes impacting the government contracting landscape
Job Requirements:

- Actively enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate degree program
