• Attorneys are given meaningful responsibility and direct exposure to litigation strategy, depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation early on.

• Stable, collaborative environment with many long-term attorneys and partners who have spent the majority of their careers at the firm.

• Hybrid flexibility with a strong team-oriented culture. Predominantly in-office, but remote flexibility is available where needed, and fully remote may be considered for the right candidate.

• Take and defend depositions, attend hearings, draft motions, and participate in mediations.

• Assist with trial preparation and develop into a strong trial lawyer within a respected Texas defense platform.

• Work closely with experienced litigators in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

• Someone personable, sharp, proactive, and comfortable thinking on their feet in depositions, court appearances, and mediations.

• Strong work ethic and genuine interest in developing within a trial-focused practice.
