Many of our clients come from underserved communities who greatly benefit from our culturally sensitive, inclusive approach to therapy. As an LPC at Riverdale Behavioral Health, you will have the opportunity to make a significant difference in their lives by providing both support and a path toward healthier coping mechanisms.

  • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering rapport with diverse clients.
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and related technological tools is advantageous.
Preferred Experience
  • Specialization in areas such as family therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use disorder treatment is highly preferred.
  • Experience working collaboratively within a healthcare team is an asset, as is a passion for ongoing learning and professional growth.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary range of USD 70,000 - 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including dental, vision, and health insurance coverage.
  • Malpractice insurance coverage is provided to reduce your financial liabilities.
