Job Summary
The Structural Engineer will interface with clients, develop schematic and final designs, coordinate with in-house disciplines, and lead design efforts across various projects while mentoring staff.

Duties & Responsibilities
Work on multiple project teams to successfully complete projects
Develop designs through all project phases
Prepare studies, reports, and construction documents
Design building materials and systems
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors
Oversee drawing production, specifications, and documentation
Coordinate with internal disciplines (MEP, etc.)
Conduct field surveys and site evaluations
Perform construction administration (RFIs, submittals, inspections)
Manage budgets and schedules
Handle multiple simultaneous projects
Collaborate with leadership on organizational goals
Recommend new technologies and improvements
Ensure alignment with company vision and client expectations
Perform IBC code reviews and establish design criteria
Review shop drawings and prepare reports
Prepare AIA Masterspec documents and estimates

Education & Experience
Bachelorโs Degree in Engineering (Required)
4โ6 years of structural engineering experience
Professional Engineer (PE) license (Required)
Experience with design, documentation, and project management tools
Revit experience required
