Job description

STRUCTURAL TECHNOLOGIESdevelops and integrates products, engineering support, repair and maintenance services to provide value-added solutions to owners, engineers and contractors.We provide specialty contracting services through our contracting companies, and state-of-the-art proprietary products and engineering support services through our technologies company. With over 2,500 employees working fromlocations nationwide and in select international markets, we serve the Commercial, Public, Transportation Industrial, and Power markets to tackle the toughest construction challenges.   • Evaluate distressed structures and determine root cause;
  • Decide when repair vs. replacement is appropriate;
  • Design repairs that must be constructible, durable, and safe in live Nuclear or industrial facilities
  • Work side by side with construction teams-not just hand off drawings.

This position offers future career progression to both our business leadership and technical leadership pathways in engineering.

Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • Enthusiasm and curiosity for solving problems and understanding how things work
  • Excellent documentation and organizational abilities

Field Work
