Job Summary:
ARK Solutions, Inc. is seeking a skilled Databricks Front End Developer to create user interfaces within the Databricks platform. The role involves collaborating with Data Engineers and AI/ML Engineers to build PowerBI reports and develop Databricks Apps front-ends.
Responsibilities:
• Build PowerBI reports and dashboards sourced from Databricks SQL warehouses.
• Develop Databricks Apps front-ends using Flask, Streamlit, JavaScript, or React.
• Write and optimize Databricks SQL against Delta tables to support reporting and application back-ends.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Hands-on experience delivering BI dashboards and/or data application front-ends in production.
• Working knowledge of Databricks SQL against Delta Lake tables.
• Experience building Databricks Apps or comparable lightweight data applications using at least two of: Flask, Streamlit, JavaScript, React.
• Working knowledge of web design principles, including experience building web applications including front and back-end API layers.
