Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Ignite, you will:

  • Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video platforms, practicing ethical and compassionate care.

  • Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices, assessing client progress and adjusting strategies as needed.

  • Document therapeutic interventions and outcomes efficiently while minimizing paperwork burden through our streamlined systems.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on providing care to stable, low-acuity adults with a variety of mental health needs. This includes but is not limited to anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders. By helping clients develop essential skills for navigating daily challenges, you will contribute significantly to improving their overall quality of life.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • A valid, full license to practice independently in the state of Pennsylvania, such as:
    • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
    • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
    • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • No disciplinary actions or restrictions on licensure and no provisional licenses will be considered.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine empathetic nature.
  • Proficiency in utilizing technology for therapy delivery and documentation.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates who possess experience working in community health settings, as well as those familiar with telehealth modalities, will find their skills highly valued. Experience in diverse clinical backgrounds can enhance our team's multidisciplinary approach to mental health care.

Compensation and Benefits

In recognition of your expertise and efforts, we offer a competitive salary range between USD 90,000 and 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additionally, all full-time employees will receive:
