• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health to understand their unique concerns and craft individualized treatment plans.
• Provide high-quality individual therapy sessions using various evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and more.
• Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, monitoring their progress throughout the duration of treatment to ensure effective outcomes.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms to conduct sessions with clients, adapting methods to ensure accessibility for those with logistical challenges.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation to adhere to ethical standards and local regulations, ensuring compliance in a telehealth setting.
• Engage in regular professional development activities, including workshops, seminars, and consultations, to refine clinical skills and stay updated on best practices in mental health care.

Our clients encompass a diverse range of ages and backgrounds, each seeking varying degrees of mental health support. Counselors will work with individuals experiencing conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Each counselor will have the opportunity to specialize their practice based on their interests and clinical expertise, contributing to a truly personalized therapeutic experience for clients.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for establishing a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach towards clients’ experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage caseloads and maintain administrative tasks.

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting is highly valued, with familiarity in using teletherapy software and technology.
• Understanding of various therapeutic modalities and demonstrated success in developing effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting while also being self-motivated to manage individual practice.
