• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to understand and address each client’s unique challenges and strengths.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to individual needs.
• Utilize solution-focused psychotherapy interventions, adapting strategies based on ongoing client assessments and progress.
• Document all client interactions and treatment progress accurately while adhering to legal and ethical standards of confidentiality.
• Collaborate with fellow therapists, psychiatrists, and community resources to provide holistic care and ensure clients receive comprehensive support.
• Facilitate psychoeducation and support for clients and their families, helping to promote insights and coping strategies.
• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in team meetings, training, and workshops to stay updated with the latest research and best practices in mental health.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is a must.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license issued in the state of California.

• Proficiency in implementing evidence-based treatment strategies and solution-focused psychotherapy techniques.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster rapport with clients and collaboration within the treatment team.
• A critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills, able to adapt therapeutic approaches based on client feedback and progress.
• Ability to thrive within a collaborative team environment while managing an individual caseload.

• Experience with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults facing varying degrees of mental health issues.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy practices to ensure client engagement from a distance.
• Previous involvement in community outreach initiatives or partnerships with external resources to enhance client support.

• An annual salary of USD 100,000 – 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
