This is an opportunity to combine strategic thinking, persuasive storytelling and cross-functional leadership in a fast-moving digital health environment, owning the proposal journey from initial opportunity through to final submission.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead the development of strategic, high-impact proposals that respond to customer requirements while clearly demonstrating how Evinova's solutions can address their unique challenges and deliver meaningful value.
  • Create compelling responses to RFIs and other client-facing materials, partnering with Sales leadership to help progress opportunities through the commercial process.
  • Own the proposal lifecycle from intake and qualification through final submission, driving timelines, coordinating contributors and ensuring consistently high-quality outputs.
  • Bring together subject matter experts, Product, Delivery and other teams to develop accurate, differentiated and solution-focused proposals.
  • Harness AI and emerging technologies to accelerate proposal development, improve response quality and increase team capacity, while identifying new opportunities based on market intelligence, client feedback and competitive insights.
  • Track proposal performance, including win rates, timelines and client feedback, and use insights to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
  • Help shape commercial messaging and value propositions that resonate with customers across therapeutic areas and geographies.
  • Anticipate and resolve proposal and client-engagement challenges, acting as a trusted advisor and champion for Evinova throughout the process.

Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in proposal development, bid management or pre-sales within life sciences technology, pharmaceutical, biotech or CRO environments.
  • Strong understanding of clinical development and the broader pharmaceutical, biotech and CRO landscape.
  • Proven experience developing strategic, high-impact proposals that translate complex customer challenges into compelling solutions and value propositions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn complex technical concepts into clear, persuasive messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and connect them to the right capabilities and solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, build relationships and collaborate effectively across functions without direct authority.
  • A customer-first mindset, with a genuine interest in solving challenges for clinical development teams and ultimately improving the patient experience and outcomes.

Highly Desirable for the Role:
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field.
