Intelligence Federal is a fast-growing federal contracting company seeking an experienced Attorney to support a federal government agency with government, supervisory, litigation, and general legal experience to provide legal guidance, manage legal matters, and support organizational objectives in a remote environment.

Responsibilities:
โ€ข Manage and support litigation matters, including case strategy, pleadings, motions, hearings, and related proceedings.
โ€ข Review, draft, and interpret legal documents, policies, contracts, regulations, and correspondence.
โ€ข Conduct legal research and prepare clear written analyses, recommendations, and memoranda.
โ€ข Supervise, guide, and support a team of paralegals.
โ€ข Ensure legal work is completed accurately, timely, and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and procedures.
โ€ข Collaborate with internal stakeholders, outside counsel, government agencies, and other partners.
โ€ข Identify legal risks and provide practical recommendations to support sound decision-making.
Security Clearance Level:
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Public Trust Clearance
  • Must be a US Citizen
Qualifications:
โ€ข Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
โ€ข Government legal experience required.
โ€ข Supervisory or team leadership experience required.
โ€ข Litigation experience required.
โ€ข Real Estate Acquisition experience a PLUS.
โ€ข General attorney experience, including legal research, writing, analysis, and advisory work.
โ€ข Strong judgment, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
โ€ข Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote setting.
