JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Penn State Brandywine Housing and Food Services is seeking an organized and motivated individual dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.

Job Duties
  • Posting, closing and handling of cash, campus dining dollars, credit cards and other transactions.
  • Handling money with the ability to compute basic math calculations and use a computerized cash register.
  • Providing good customer service.
  • Keeping areas neat and orderly.
  • Maintaining a stock of supplies.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Must possess good communication skills, an outgoing personality, and the ability to give top priority to customer satisfaction.
