• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients, utilizing the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to evaluate their mental health status and design individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique cultural backgrounds and personal needs.

• Monitor and continually assess patient progress, implementing targeted interventions and strategies that support their mental health while ensuring patient safety and promoting symptom reduction.

• Document all treatment records and clinical information with precision and timeliness using state-of-the-art technology, in compliance with regulatory standards and departmental protocols.

• Collaborate closely with patients and their families to develop a comprehensive treatment plan that articulates their goals and desired outcomes, fostering an environment of support and encouragement.

• Facilitate referrals for further care and maintain open communication channels with other healthcare providers and agencies to ensure a seamless continuum of care.

• Engage in educational and mentoring activities for students and less experienced staff, providing guidance and support to nurture their development within the field.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
