About the Role
You will be supporting analytics and reporting initiatives across the organization. Collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Support, Product, and other departments to ensure data is accessible, actionable, and impactful. You will be responsible for developing self-service visualization and reporting solutions, generating insights from our lakehouse environment, and contributing to a data-driven culture throughout the company. Excels at the intersection of data analysis and stakeholder enablement, with the ability to translate business questions into well-structured analyses, design intuitive dashboards that drive adoption, and present data effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
 
Location - We are flexible on remote working from home, if you are located in the USA and reside in one of the following states - CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, *IL, KS, ME, MA, MD, NJ, NC, NY, OR, TN, TX, VA, & WA.
 
What You’ll be Doing
 
  • Build self-serve data visualizations, dashboards, and reports in Tableau for stakeholders across the business.
  • Partner with teams across Marketing, Sales, Support, and Product to understand reporting needs and deliver scalable analytics solutions.
  • Write performant SQL to explore, model, and surface data from our Databricks lakehouse.
  • Support data access and governance practices, ensuring the right people have the right data at the right time.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists on the central data team to improve the quality, documentation, and usability of our data products.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to automate, simplify, and scale reporting workflows.
  • Document datasets, metrics, and dashboards to promote data literacy across the origination.
  • Other duties as needed.
 
About You
 
  • BS degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in an analytics role supporting business reporting and stakeholder enablement. SaaS company experience preferred.
  • Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports in Tableau is required.
  • Experience with Python, pandas, Jupyter notebooks preferred.
  • High proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries and optimizing performance against large datasets.
  • Experience with Databricks or other cloud data platforms preferred.
  • Familiarity with modern data stack tooling, data build tool, Fivetran is a plus.
  • High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication skills and a bias toward self-service enablement over one-off reporting.
  • Experience working within a fast-paced environment, embracing ambiguity and complexity with ease.
