Senior Analytics SpecialistAbout the Role

Lead complex analytics initiatives that drive strategic insights and organizational performance improvements. This role combines advanced technical expertise with mentorship responsibilities, working autonomously on high-impact projects while collaborating with developers and account teams to deliver exceptional client value across JLL's commercial real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project discovery sessions with advanced ROI assessments and stakeholder prioritization for complex analytics initiatives
  • Develop sophisticated solution designs and technical specifications translating multi-faceted business requirements into data solutions
  • Design and execute launch strategies including training, change management, and comprehensive UAT oversight
  • Generate proactive insights through scenario modeling and advanced analytics to support strategic decision-making
  • Apply expert knowledge of AzaraAI and analytics platforms to deliver innovative solutions for complex business challenges
  • Overlay client insights, market data, and research to enrich analytics and enable JLL solution cross-selling
  • Mentor Analytics Specialists and contribute to team capability development
  • Partner with offshore technical delivery teams to ensure successful solution implementation
Required Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related quantitative field
  • 4-6 years of progressive experience in business intelligence, data strategy, or analytics roles
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and data warehousing technologies (Azure Databricks preferred)
  • Demonstrated expertise in statistical analysis and scenario modeling
  • Expert knowledge of visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
  • Proficiency in Python/PySpark for data analysis and transformation

Estimated compensation for this position:

90,000.00 - 110,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
