Job Overview:
Pay Range: $61.20hr - $66.20hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- 5+ years of experience in operations, growth, launch, consulting, or a startup with little structure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Get pilots into market: own the logistics that turn a concept into a live test — sourcing partners, scheduling, locations, and the details no one else is tracking.
- Do the fieldwork: show up in person where the test happens — a home, a market, a partner site — and do the hands-on work to make it real.
- Keep the trains running: track tasks, dates, and open items across several tests at once so nothing slips, and flag blockers early.
- Capture what we learn: write up customer conversations and pilot results clearly enough that the team can make a fast call on what to scale and what to kill.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in a clinical laboratory environment.
Skills:
- Scrappy and hands-on: You move with the resources you have, not the ones you wish you had. No task is beneath you — you’ll cold-call a host, drive to a site, or build the tracker at midnight to keep a test moving.
- Comfortable in the field: You are comfortable going into market and working with the local team or contracts to get tests off the ground.
- Bias to action: You’d rather run a rough test this week than a perfect one next quarter, and you know when that trade-off is right.
- Organized under ambiguity: You juggle several half-defined projects at once, hold the details, and stay calm when the plan changes.
- Open-minded and resourceful: You find workarounds when the obvious path is blocked. You partner, borrow, and improvise to get to signal cheaply.
- Clear communicator: You write up what you learned plainly and fast, so others can act on it.
