Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will work primarily with clients facing significant mental health challenges, including those with major depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, and other severe emotional disturbances. The majority of our clients come from diverse backgrounds and may have limited access to mental health services, making it crucial for you to approach each case with cultural competence and empathy. Your expertise will be vital in promoting recovery, enhancing client self-efficacy, and contributing to improved healthcare outcomes.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess the following credentials:

  • A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
  • Current License as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients, families, and team members.
