You will have access to a state-of-the-art therapist dashboard, which streamlines patient interactions, scheduling, and documentation, allowing you to focus more on client care and less on administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to accurately determine each client’s mental health status and individual needs.

  • A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental attitude that creates a safe healing environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage caseloads and documentation.
  • No history of disciplinary actions on record, ensuring the highest standards of professional integrity.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience utilizing teletherapy platforms and virtual tools for client engagement and sessions.
  • Background in specific evidence-based therapy approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), is preferred.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems to improve workflow efficiency and documentation accuracy.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with caseload and experience.
  • Comprehensive health insurance plan, inclusive of dental and vision coverage, to support your well-being.
