Job description

Description
Location: Nashville, TN (Hybrid). Must live within commuting distance for in-office days.
Pay: $50,000 base + performance incentives (expected $120,000+ at plan)
Job Type: Full-time
About the Role
Are you someone who genuinely connects with people - and also knows how to guide a conversation toward a decision?
Andrew C. Beasley PLLC - Nashville's highest-rated criminal defense firm - is looking for a Law Firm Sales Professional who can do something most people can't: make someone facing a difficult legal situation feel heard, understood, and confident about their next step.
This is a high-performance role where your people skills and your drive work together. You'll handle inbound calls and inquiries from people who are already reaching out for help - your job is to listen, build trust, and guide them toward the legal representation they need. All leads are inbound - no cold calling.
We've built one of the strongest client intake operations in Tennessee, and we're growing the team. If you bring both genuine warmth and a results-driven mindset, we want to hear from you.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary: $50,000
  • Performance incentives: Expected total earnings $120,000+ at plan
  • Guaranteed training incentive during onboarding
  • 10 days PTO to start
  • Hybrid work environment (part in-office, part remote)
  • East Nashville office near Nissan Stadium
  • Comprehensive training in client communication, intake process, and law firm systems
  • Direct mentorship from firm leadership
  • Career growth in a fast-growing firm

Why Andrew C. Beasley PLLC
Our team includes former prosecutors and magistrates who bring firsthand courtroom experience to every case. We've handled over 5,000 cases across Middle Tennessee, and we treat every client like the only client.
We're a firm that's growing because of the quality of our work and the care we bring to every client relationship. You'll have direct access to firm leadership, a clear path to increased earnings, and the knowledge that your work makes a genuine difference in people's lives.
If you're motivated by impact, driven by results, and ready to be part of a firm that rewards both - we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
• Handle inbound calls and web inquiries from potential clients and their families - often people navigating one of the most stressful moments of their lives
• Lead intake conversations with confidence and empathy, helping people feel informed and supported while guiding them toward a decision
• Follow up consistently and professionally with prospective clients who haven't yet moved forward - persistence and care go hand in hand in this role
• Navigate common concerns around cost, timing, and uncertainty with calm, honest communication
• Manage a high-volume pipeline of inquiries with urgency and organization
• Maintain detailed, accurate records in our CRM (Lawmatics)
• Coordinate with attorneys to schedule consultations and relay key information
• Be available for time-sensitive inquiries outside standard business hours when needed; clients' needs don't always follow a 9-5 schedule
